FP-175 Special fluoropolymer chemical and temperature resistant heat-shrinkable tube

Special half-rigid chemically and temperature resistant heat-shrinkable tube, flame retardant, resistant to wide range of aggressive chemicals: acids, alkali, solvents, fuel and lubrication materials, hydrocarbon fuel, hydraulic and brake fluid etc, made by extrusion from polyvinyldichloride (fluoropolymer-2, PVDF).

Application: Special half-rigid fluoropolymer heat shrinkable tubes FP-175 are used for high temperatures and possible contact with different active chemical substances: disel fuel, petrol, hydraulic fuel, acids, alkali, organic solvents etc. Tubes from PVDF have relatively rigid structure and provide firm mechanical and electrical protection of contacts in oil and gas, transport, aerospace, military, extracting industry and many other fields of industry that have high requirements to fire safety and chemical resistance. Due to the transparency of the tubes, after shrinking on the object visual control of object or electric connection state can be carried out. Can be used as transparent protective cover for cables marking in chemically aggressive environment. Additionally polyvinylidene, from which tube is made, has low coefficient of abrasion and it can be used as protective cover for probes, industrial endoscopes etc. Material of the tube is physiologically inert to tissues and liquids of human body.

Storage: in clean, dry rooms in the supplier's packaging or in cardboard boxes, at a relative humidity of up to 70%, at temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, avoiding sudden temperature changes and exposure to direct sunlight. The distance to any heating sources should be at least 1 meter (without exceeding the maximum storage temperature). Storage conditions should exclude the influence of aggressive medium: acids, alkalis, fuels and lubricants, solvents, etc.

Packing specification:  Tube is supplied in spools per 25, 50, 100, 200m. Spools can be packed in carton boxes, in packaging film.
