FK-220 Special fluor elastomer high temperature heat-shrinkable tube
Brief description: Special fluor elastomer high temperature flame retardant heat-shrinkable tube, resistant to fuel and lubrication materials, hydrocarbon fuel, organic oxidizer, UF-emission, made by extrusion from chemically resistant fluoropolymer composition.
Application: Special fluor elastomer heat shrinkable tubes are used in conditions of simultaneous effect of aggressive environment as material, providing mechanical and electrical protection of different electromechanical details and components, electrical connections: core wires, cables, contact connections. Tubes are made from fluorated resin (synonyms: Viton, FKM) having high chemical resistance, hydrophobic and flame retardance and certain flexibility that is common for elastomers. Tubes can be actively used in oil and gas industry, aerospace, military, extracting industry and many other fields of industry that have high requirements to fire safety and chemical resistance.
Storage: in clean, dry rooms in the supplier's packaging or in cardboard boxes, at a relative humidity of up to 70%, at temperatures from -10 ° C to +50 ° C, avoiding sudden temperature changes and exposure to direct sunlight. The distance to any heating sources should be at least 1 meter (without exceeding the maximum storage temperature). Storage conditions should exclude the influence of aggressive medium: acids, alkalis, fuels and lubricants, solvents, etc..
Packing specification: Tube is supplied in spools per 25, 50, 100, 200m. Spools can be packed in carton boxes, in packaging film.
