PT-PTFE Pneumatic fluoropolymer high temperature tube from polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE)
Fluoropolymer high temperature flame retardant hydrophobic pneumatic tube with exceptional chemical resistance from polytetrafluorethylene (fluoroplastic-4, PTFE)
Fluor polymer pneumatic tube from PTFE is used for laying industrial pneumatic pipelines (pneumatic supply lines) for various equipment operating in difficult conditions such as high temperature (near boilers or heat exchangers), in places of possible direct contact with aggressive chemicals or their vapors in atmosphere. Tubes have low sliding friction coefficient. Tubes can be used for industrial automatization, robotics, mechanical engineering, medical, vacuum, petrochemical equipment production, various pneumatic systems in industrial fields with high demands of fire safety and chemical resistance. PTFE tubes are inert to human and animal tissues at normal temperatures and can be sterilized under high temperatures, ethylene oxide and gamma treatment. Tubes have exceptionally high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, petroleum products, can contact with oxygen and ozone, ultraviolet and radiation resistant, have dirt-repellent properties.
Safety: The product is completely safe for humans and environment when used within permissible temperature range. Under continuous heating above +350°C occurs active thermal destruction of fluoroplastic with extremely toxic to humans substances release. Do not expose pneumatic tubes to open flame!
Storage: in clean, dry rooms in the supplier's packaging or in cardboard boxes, at relative humidity of up to 70%, at temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, avoiding sudden temperature changes and exposure to direct sunlight.
Packing specification: Tube is supplied in spools of 25-50-100m, packed in plastic bags and cardboard boxes.
Certification: Not subject to mandatory certification
