PT-PA Polyamide pneumatic tube from PA12

Pneumatic tube is homogeneous flexible seamless tube without fittings. Not reinforced and not combined with other materials. Through the walls of pneumatic tube compressed air and liquids don’t pass through. Tube has high flexibility, low temperature and direct sunlight resistance, high temperature stability

Application: Polyamide pneumatic tube from PA12 is used for air transmission in high-pressure pneumatic systems of industrial enterprises. The tube is widely used in dynamic (movable) pneumatic systems where tube elasticity is especially important. Possible to transfer water and aggressive substances to which polyamide is technically resistant.

Safety: Operation of tube is only permitted in the appropriate pressure and temperature range mentioned in technical specification of this datasheet.

Storage: Tube is shipped and stored in individual package at temperature from -20 to +50°C without prolonged exposure of ultraviolet rays. Storage conditions must exclude exposure of aggressive substances: acids, alkalis, fuels and lubricants solvents etc. Subject to storage conditions, the shelf life not less than 12 month from the sales date. Service life: not less than 5 years.

Packing specification:  Tube is supplied on cardboard spools and packed in boxes / package film / plastic bags.

Certification: Not subject to mandatory certification
