Heat-shrink wire crimp connector SWCC from polyethylene with adhesive layer (for crimp).

Consists of heat-shrinkable tube made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with inner surface of hot-melting glue from polyamide (PA, Nylon).

Used for fast connectors joint under mounting or reparation works in automobile industry, shipbuilding, heavy engineering, electrotechnics etc. Nominal voltage — up to 1 kV.

• Outer base from polyethylene of high density provides reliable protection from abrasion and external influence.
• Hot-melting glue provides good water resistance of the product.

Non-standard method of wire connection is determined by special constructive structure:
- for visual control of mounting process transparent material of isolation is used;
- in the middle of connector is placed crimp from low-temperature tin-lead alloy solder wire;
- adhesive lines from both sides of inner surface of heat-shrinkable tube provide reliable sealing after shrink
