Stress Control adhesive HBT-1104 35 kV

The stress Control adhesive is used to evacuate the electric field stress of all medium and high voltage cable joints and terminals, and is suitable for heat shrinkable and cold shrinkable cable accessories.

Specifications: 30mm x 2mm x 360mm or 50-200g/roll, can be OEM.

Appearance: soft self-melting adhesive strips or rolls

Operating temperature: -40℃~80℃

Packing specification: 15kg/ carton

Features:

In the insulated cable joint, it has excellent adhesion sealing, air tightness, weather resistance, aging resistance and electrical stress control performance.

Application scope:

Matching with heat-shrinkable or cold-shrinkable materials, it is used at the terminal and intermediate joints of high-voltage cables of 10kv and above, wound at the connection of intermediate fittings and the cut-off of the outer semi conducting layer of the cable, and forms a certain characteristic impedance at the end of the cable shield, which plays the role of electrical stress control and insulation filling gap.

Instructions:

Stretch the tape to 1/2 of the original width and wrap it after 1/2 overlapping. The width of the overlapping outer semi conducting layer shall not exceed 5mm.
