FGHT fiberglass high temperature isolation sleeve (cord stocking), woven from electrical non-alkaline glass fiber (E-glass), resistant to temperature up to 500°C.
Application: The insulating high-temperature sleeve (cord-stocking) is used, first of all, for electrical insulation of connections operating in high temperatures. Insulating material with heat resistance class "C". Even in case the polymer insulation of the wire melts under high temperature inside the fiberglass sleeve, the fiberglass prevents exposed conductor from contact with the other electrical connections. The sleeve has high flexibility, good mechanical strength, high chemical resistance, resistance to short-term exposure to open flame, therefore it can be used as an external protective braid for cable harnesses, assemblies, cable bundles for group installation in difficult conditions. The sleeve can be used in electrolysis and foundry production, for connection to the power supply of industrial heating elements, electric heating devices (electric furnaces, soldering irons, irons, heat guns, hair dryers, autoclaves, power tools, terminals of transformer windings, etc.). The sleeve is successfully used for connection of electrical wires to lighting devices that can heat up significantly during operation (for example, halogen lamps, powerful spotlights etc.). The sleeve protects wire insulation from abrasion in moving connections, increasing their service life.
Package: Sleeve is supplied in spools of 25-200m (depending on diameter), Can be packed in carton boxes and packaging film / bags.
Storage: in clean, dry rooms in the supplier's packaging or in cardboard boxes, at a relative humidity of up to 70%, at temperatures from -20°C to +50°C, avoiding sudden temperature changes and exposure to direct sunlight.
Shelf life: not less than 2 years from the supplier shipment date following the storage conditions.
Certification: Not subject to mandatory certification.
